In the spring of 2010, Kola was appointed the role of programmer for the No.1 Debut Album Selling Artist `Tinie Tempah` (EMI, Parlophone). For the next decade, Kola toured with the likes of Wretch 32, Ellie Goulding, Naughty Boy & Becky Hill serving in various capacities from Keyboards to Musical Director and Production Manager. From there he stepped into the role of Event & Content Production where he independently consulted for brands, organisations, and individuals in regard to musical direction, events, artist development, and content/film/tv production. Kola has tenured at Rockstar Etiquette as Music Director, O.G Studios as Production Director, and Soho House & Co as Global Head of Creative Operations.

Kola currently serves as Creative Production Lead at Forward Slash Media as well as continuing to take on freelance projects through SAL Studios of which he is the Managing Director.
